Today we loading and shipping shutter door U guide rail roll forming machine for Russia client. We finished this steel U guide rail machine sever weeks ago and tested machine work well. After our client check it, we arrange to loading and shipping. Before loading, we brush oil on the surface of rollers and shaft and packed machine with water proof paper. To make sure the machine not broken, we fix machine with the car panel by steel rope. Considering transport machine by sea will take more days and cost much more transport fee than by land carriage, after have a talk with client, we decide to shipping this roll forming machine by land carrage. So that client can get machine earlier and save some cost.
Loading and shipping is a very import link, any careless will be a big problem, we pay high attention to every detail to make sure the machine well when shipping. We will do everything well not only at the beginning , but also at the ending.
